*The US Postal Service only offers "real" tracking numbers for orders shipped VIA one of the Express Mail services that they offer. All other shipping methods offered by the US Postal Service only get a Delivery Confirmation Number. Yep, that's how our post office operates.......I'm still scratching my head too;)

*International orders: Similar to the explanation above, only orders shipped VIA one of the USPS Express Mail services will recieve a real tracking number. All other shipping methods by USPS will recieve the US Customs form ID number that was filled out when we shipped your order. You can eneter this Customs Form ID number into the tracking system, but the results will only show you either 1) The time and day that the package was shipped. or, 2) The time, day and last location of the package before it actually left the country.
